This project explores the movement of sound within musical instruments, and how the act of playing music can be translated into structural logic and spatial organisation. The proposal is a new concert hall for the Oslo Philharmonic at Filipstad in Oslo. A large shared space opens toward the Oslofjord, while three distinct buildings are connected behind it. Each building houses a specific program and follows its own structural logic.
